Online Entrance Examination Guidelines

Please, take note of the following points:
1. The examination consists of three papers, namely: English Language, Mathematics and General Paper.
2. The duration of the examination is two (2) hours.
3. The examination will be taken on ‘www.thatquiz.com’. Your password will be sent to you soon.
4. A personal computer with a functional webcam will be needed for sitting the examination.
5. If the webcam’s screen goes off for up to 5 minutes, the examination will stand canceled.
6. No mobile phones must be positioned within 6 metres to your examination workstation. You may, however, need plain sheets of paper and pen/pencil for calculation in Math. Get them handy before the commencement.
7. There should be no people within the vicinity of your workstation.
8. Please, log into the platform at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time and take necessary steps that demonstrate your readiness for the examination.
9. Questions will only be activated at the beginning of the scheduled time.
10. Download Google Meet app on your personal computer.
11. The Google Meet app records all that will be going on around your workstation. Any attempt to consult external materials will be detected and recorded. Once there is a proof of cheating during the examination, the examination stands canceled.
12. Ensure you formally end your examination and submit your responses.
*The examination will take place on Saturday, 5th September 2020, starting at 10:00 a.m. Do the following when it is 10 minutes to the commencement time:*
*a. Click on the Google Meet link that will be sent to you to enter the virtual examination room to mark attendance.*
*b. Click on the exam link on www.thatquiz.org that will be sent to you.*
*c. Look for your name and click on it*
*d. Type your password to gain access to your examination items.*
*Then answer all questions as quickly as possible and click on Finish at the end of each paper.*
*There will be a demo exam on Friday, 4th September, 2020 at 10:00 a.m to test the level of readiness of all candidates. Make sure you take part in this to be sure you have all it takes to do the real examination the next day.*
